These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hophq.co, operated by Zachary Hoppaugh LLC ("HopHQ," "I," "me," or "my"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
hophq.co describes marketing services I offer, including websites, social media, media and content, paid advertising, and SEO. Anything on this site is general information, not a formal offer or a guarantee of specific results. The actual scope, price, and terms of any work are set out separately in a written proposal or agreement between you and me before any work begins.
Marketing involves a lot of factors outside anyone's control. I will do good, honest work, but I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes like a certain number of leads, rankings, or revenue. Anything on this site describing past results reflects specific situations and is not a promise of what you will get.
The content on hophq.co, including text, design, graphics, and the HopHQ name and logo, belongs to Zachary Hoppaugh LLC unless noted otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse it without permission. Ownership of any work I create for you as a client is handled in our separate agreement (short version: my clients own their stuff).
Do not use this site to do anything unlawful, to disrupt or damage it, or to try to access parts of it you are not authorized to reach.
This site links to other sites and uses embedded third-party tools, like a booking calendar. I do not control those and I am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HopHQ and Zachary Hoppaugh LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
